To the Media buyer

  1. The All World Media platform brings together buyers and sellers of media. This is an environment for business customers, therefore only a company or an institution registered in the Estonian commercial register can register in the environment as a buyer or a seller.
  2. On our platform, a buyer of advertising finds the most appropriate media for his or her target group, receiving the best possible number of contacts within his or her budget. Also, the final price of the advertising will be formed by the agreement between the buyer and seller without the use of intermediaries.
  3. On the All World Media platform you can connect all media providers in one convenient environment - and media planning, communication and buying takes place in one place. This allows optimum use of limited time resources.
  4. At the moment, we are using the module of print media, however, an internet advertising module will be completed by November, TV advertising and radio advertising parts will be completed by the end of the year 2011. Today, the vast majority of major Estonian publications offer print advertising on the platform.
  5. Using the platform is free of charge to the media buyer. In the year 2011, also using the entire demographic database is free of charge. From the year 2012 the basic demographic data is offered free of charge, for more accurate data, the customer needs to pay a small fee, which is based on the query or on the period.
  6. The buyer and the seller agree on the price of advertisement. All World Media prepares the invoice to the buyer on the agreed amount and forwards the amount received to the seller of the media.
  7. Our users' data will be used only to send you information from the platform. We do not disclose information to third parties.
  8. Prices displayed on the platform are indicative prices. The final price will be agreed between the buyer and the seller through direct negotiations.

  11. Regarding technical issues related to publishing advertisement, with the media outlets in charge, regarding billing issues with the All World Media.
  12. We ask you quickly to notify us thereof at info@allworldmedia.eu. Renunciation of the space is possible only in exceptional circumstances and only with an agreement in advance.
  13. Number of contacts and the contact price is calculated on the basis of Market Research AS database and represent the statistic probability for the outcome.
  14. No. The design can be made to you by the publications, which usually include a service fee in accordance with price of the advertisement, or by the creative agencies. From the site you can find the contacts of creative agencies.
  15. The selected target audience is probably too narrow and there are not enough contacts in the data base for offering spaces for the target group. We recommend that you extend the target group and make a query again.
  16. The button "Buy media" is usually used when the buyer knows in which edition and which kind of space he or she wishes to buy. Create a media plan activities provide an opportunity to find their target group the best prices for various spaces of the same type of media, showing also the indicative price of contact. This practice is used in campaign planning.
  17. The contact price of the publication indicates the expected price of presenting a marketing message to a customer from the selected target group.

To the Media seller

  1. The All World Media platform brings together buyers and sellers of media. This is an environment for business customers, therefore only a company or an institution registered in the Estonian commercial register can register in the environment as a buyer or a seller.
  2. For that you need to be registered in the site by selecting on the registration form "I want to register as a seller." The application will be reviewed and, if appropriate, the All World Media Team will make contact, agree on terms of cooperation and the contract is signed.
  3. The environment displays the default price list of the publication, which according to the agreement is by default deducted the discount which is negotiated separately with each edition. The actual final price of the advertising is agreed upon by the buyer and the seller.
  4. For a publication offering advertising, use of the environment is free of charge. From all transactions made in the environment, the edition shall pay to All World Media a fixed percentage of a mediation fee, the amount of which is agreed in advance.
  5. The All World Media environment will help to save sales costs, because the offerings can be directed to a large number of customers quickly. Independent demographic information is available for most of the major and medium-sized media outlets, which gives customers a good opportunity to find a way to your target their audience.
  6. The buyer and the seller agree on the price of advertisement. All World Media prepares the invoice to the buyer on the agreed amount and forwards the amount received, from which the agreed mediation fee has been deducted, to the seller of the media.
  7. All World Media uses Kredex credit insurance to cover risks, therefore we are responsible for billing the customers, making business with us safe.
  8. Media research is carried out in Estonia monthly by Turu Uuringute AS, All World Media displays the demographic data of publications in the environment. At the moment, the data of major publications are shown on the basis of 4000 sample surveys.
  9. In the environment there are many customers of different sizes. The media provider is able to see all the customers in the system and can make to them personal or general offers.
  10. Yes. In the environment it is possible to embed customer account managers to the account managers of your existing customers and offers can be made via the All World Media environment.
  11. No. Information received about the requests is sent directly to the platform user designated by the publication or directly to the email of the account manager of the customer who made the enquiry.

  4. Making enquiries is often (especially in case of a narrower target group) very resource intensive and therefore making bulkier enquiries may take some time. Patience please!
